为了改进“隔日送货”模式,运用聚类分析法对卷烟客户进行分类,按特征分为当日、次日上午及次日全体配送,进一步对送货模式、订货时间及送货路线进行优化,满足“当日送货”模式的时效要求。
In order to improve the“next day delivery”model, this study sorts the tobacco customer with cluster analysis,and the customers are divided into day delivery, next morning delivery and next day delivery according to characteristics. The delivery model, order time and delivery route are optimized further, and fulfill the aim of the timeliness of“day delivery”.
