设计了一种利用推衍十二导联原理,以少电极得到常规十二导联心电信息的新型检测系统。它以手机为主机,采用ADS1294和MSP430F149单片机构成从机,并用蓝牙通信接口进行数据传输。数据处理与显示软件采用Android编程。共模干扰和50Hz工频干扰分别采用数字滤波器和数字陷波器去除。仅用五个电极的实验样机与九个电极的标准十二导联心电图机的对比实验结果表明,两者在诊断参数上的平均误差为3.76%,波形匹配很好。新系统在临床诊断和家庭保健等方面都有较大的应用前景。
In this study,a novel system is proposed for the detection of the EASI-derived 12-lead ECG,which outputs the standard 12-lead ECG with fewer electrodes. It uses a mobile phone as the master unit.Makes the slave with ADS1294 amplifier chip and MSP430F149 micro-controller,and transmits data on the Bluetooth communication interface.Its software for data processing and display is programmed in Android.The common-mode interference and the 50Hz interference are removed by using a digital filter and a digital notch tilter,respectively.
