灰铸铁的金相组织由片状石墨和金属基体组成,灰铸铁中石墨的存在形式和分布情况以及基体组成直接影响着灰铸铁的性能,为保证灰铸铁件的质量,对灰铸铁金相组织的检验必须予以重视。本文利用MATLAB软件的数字图像处理功能及其GUI(图形用户界面)功能开发了灰铸铁数字图像处理系统,该系统能够对灰铸铁金相组织中各成分的含量及其形态进行定量分析,提高了灰铸铁金相检验的效率。
