采用双水电极介质阻挡放电装置,观察了60kPa气压下氩气的放电情况,并利用Matlab软件对放电图像中的电场和电势分布进行仿真模拟,研究了相邻两沿面放电之间的影响.在空气一氩气介质阻挡放电中,随着电压的升高,放电区域内放电丝的数量从4个增加到5个,放电丝周围的沿面放电区域也发生了巨大变化.为了对影响沿面放电分布的因素进行更深入地研究,对电流波形图中放电脉冲进行积分,从而对放电区域的电势和电场线进行了模拟.
The mutual influence between the adjacent surface discharges is investigated in a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) system by using Matlab to simulate the electric field distribution and electric potential distribution. In air-argon dielectric barrier discharge, the discharge undergoes four filaments-five filaments and the shape of surface discharge also changed with the applied voltage increases . In addition, the electric field distribution and electric potential distribution is established to conduct simulation in the locations of the corresponding filaments.
