雾化制粉是制备模具修复热喷涂纳米材料的最常用方法之一,但是作为最关键制粉设备的雾化器属于非标准件,结构参数须需自行设计,特别是雾化器喷嘴结构参数的变化,对其雾化效果有明显影响,这给雾化器的设计造成了很大困难。根据实际选用的雾化器喷嘴结构参数,建立20组不同喷嘴形状、不同液体喷口外径和不同气液喷口间距的雾化器流场模型,并采用Fluent软件对雾化器进行两相流数值研究,得到喷嘴形状、液体喷口外径和气液喷口间距对雾化性能参数的影响,为制备热喷涂纳米粉末的雾化器喷嘴结构参数的优化提供了一定指导。
Spray powder preparation is one of the most common production methods of mold repairing thermal spraying materials.But the most key atomizer belongs to the non-standard equipment,which should be designed by own.Especially the changes of nozzle structure parameters had obvious influence on atomization performance,and brought great difficulties to the design of the atomizer.According to the actual selection of atomizer nozzle structure parameters,twenty kinds of fluid analysis models with different nozzle shapes,different liquid spout outer diameters,different gas and liquid spout spaces were established,and by analyzing two phase flow of spraying process with Fluent software,atomization performance effected by the nozzle shape,liquid spout outer diameter,gas and liquid spout space was studied,which provide guidance for optimization design of atomizer nozzle structure parameters based on preparation of thermal spraying Nano powders.
