非编码RNA是一类不能编码翻译蛋白质的RNA,部分具有癌基因或抑癌基因样作用,并且在大肠癌组织及细胞系中异常表达,其通过调节上皮-间质细胞转化、肿瘤相关基因表达、肿瘤细胞DNA甲基化模式、肿瘤血管生成及蛋白酶的表达等环节,参与调控大肠癌的侵袭转移。目前研究发现中药抗大肠癌侵袭转移是通过多靶点、多途径实现的,以非编码RNA为靶点的中药抗大肠癌侵袭转移的研究越来越多,文章详细介绍了非编码RNA在大肠癌侵袭转移中的作用机制及以非编码RNA为靶点的中药治疗前景。
英文摘要：
Non-coding RNAs（nc RNA） are kinds of RNA encoding no proteins, parts of which play the roles of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. Abnormal expression of nc RNA is found in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines, which is involved in the regulation effects on invasion and metastasis through regulating transformation between epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells, tumor related gene expression, pattern of DNA methylation, tumor angiogenesis, protease expression, etc. Present study have found that Chinese materia medica inhibits invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer through multi-targets and multi-ways, so there are more and more researches about preventing invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer with Chinese materia medica based on nc RNA targets. This paper provided detailed information on the mechanism of nc RNA on regulating invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer, and the therapeutic prospect of Chinese materia medica based on nc RNA targets.
