目的 探索MRI结合卡瓦列利定理精确定量测算活体兔股骨头坏死灶体积的新方法.方法 以小剂量大肠杆菌内毒素(LPS,10 μg/kg体重)间隔24 h 2次静注以及甲基强的松(MPS)连续3次肌注的方法成功制作兔股骨头坏死模型后,采用MRI对坏死股骨头进行逐层等距扫描,再根据卡瓦列利定理测算出骨坏死灶体积.处死兔后,解剖学测量兔股骨头骨坏死灶体积.两者进行统计学比较.结果 采用MRI结合卡瓦列利定理测算出的骨坏死灶体积与解剖学测量结果吻合度较高,其差异无统计学意义.结论 采用MRI结合卡瓦列利定理可较精确地测算出活体动物股骨头坏死灶体积.
Objective To research a new approach to accurately measure the volume of the bone necrosis of femoral head {NFH) in living rabbits by MRI in combination with Cavalieri theorem. Methods The rabbit models of NFH were made by the following method: twice intravenous injection with low dosage of Lipopolysaccharides (LPS, 10 ug/kg body weight, at a time interval of 24 hours) and 3 times of intramuscular injection with Methylprednisolone (MPS, 20 mg/kg body weight, at a time interval of 24 hours). The hips of the rabbit models underwent MRI scanning by layer at equal distance, and the volumes of the bone necrosis were calculated according to the Cavalieri theorem,after that, the rabbits were killed, by using the method of anatomical measurement, the volumes of the bone necrosis of femoral head of rabbits were also measured and the results of both were statistically compared. Results There was no significant difference in measuring the volumes of bone necrosis in rabbits with NFH by using both MR imaging in combination with Cavalieri theorem and anatomy. Conclusion The precise volume of the bone necrosis of femoral head in living rabbits can be measured quantitatively by using the method of MR imaging in combination with Cavalieri theorem.
