Beishan Village is an urban village in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. It was announced to be the historic village of the province in 2009. The article bases on the review of the 12 years transition of Beishan village, from 2002 to 2014, studies on the Property Law and rural residential land policy＇s influence to the heritage conservation of the village, as well as the role of the cultural creative industry such as Beishan Music Festival during the 12 years＇ conservation.
