采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)-柠檬酸配位法制备具有钙钛矿结构的Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe1-xNixO3-δ(x=0、0.03、0.05、0.07和0.1)混合导体氧化物,考察Ni掺杂量对材料结构与性能的影响。借助于X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和氧渗透性能分析,对试样的相组成、微观形貌、热膨胀行为以及氧渗透性能进行测试与表征。结果表明:少量Ni的掺杂可以提高试样的透氧性能,当Ni的掺杂量较低(x〈0.07)时,试样为单一的钙钛矿相,具有较好的氧渗透性能及稳定性。当Ni掺杂量较高(x≥0.1)时,试样中出现第二相,且氧渗透性能随第二相的出现而大幅降低。
Mixed oxygen ionic and electronic conducting oxides of Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe1-xNixO3-δ(x=0,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.1) were synthesized via a combined ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)-citrate complexing route.The effects of Ni-doping on structure and properties of Ba0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ were investigated.The phase composition,morphology,thermal expansion,and oxygen permeability were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal expansion technique,and homemade gas measurement device.Results showed that only perovskite-type structure existed when x was less than 0.07,the membrane had desirable oxygen permeability and stability.However,the oxygen permeability was rapidly decreased because of the generation of second phase when x was more than 0.1.
