采用不同类型的纳米级SiO2,在不同的生产工艺下制备不饱和聚酯(uP)/纳米SiO2胶衣树脂并分析其作用机理。结果表明,纳米SiO2可有效改善复合材料的力学性能,提高了材料拉伸强度、冲击强度。同时,纳米SiO2还具有紫外屏蔽作用,可起到了抗老化的目的。采用纳米SiO2作为不饱和聚酯增强组份,能得到综合性能良好的胶衣树脂。
Using the different types of nano -SiO2, the unsaturated polyester (UP) /nano -SiO2 gel coat resin was prepared under the different technique of production and its action mechanism was analyzed. The result indicated the nano - SiO2 may improve of the mechanical properties of the compound materials, enhance the material longitudinal strength and the shock strength effectively. At the same time, nano -SiO2 also had the ultraviolet shielding effect and might have the ageing resistance. Using nano - SiO2 as the component of the unsaturated polyester enhancement, it can obtain the overall performance good gel coat resin.
