目的:探讨骨关节炎软骨潮线漂移与软骨退变的相关性。方法:选取8周龄SD大鼠20只,随机分为正常组和造模组,每组10只。采用4%木瓜蛋白酶双膝关节腔注射复制骨关节炎模型,8周后取双侧膝关节常规固定、脱钙、包埋和切片,分别采用苏木精-伊红、番红O-固绿、甲苯胺蓝和Massoni色染色法,观察骨关节的组织形态学变化。结果:正常关节面光滑平整,细胞排列整齐,四层结构清晰,潮线完整呈波伏浪起的曲线,软骨下骨小梁排列规律;骨关节炎关节面粗糙变形,细胞排列紊乱,四层结构不清晰,可见多重潮线或潮线中断,软骨下骨硬化或囊变。结论:软骨潮线漂移是骨关节炎软骨退变进程中必经的病理变化。

英文摘要:

Objective:To investigate the correlation between cartilage tidal line drift and degeneration in osteoarthritis.Methods:20 SD rats of 8 weeks old were randomly and equally divided into the normal group and the model group.Injections of 4% papain were given to their double knee joint cavities to replicate the osteoarthritis models.After 8 weeks,the bilateral knee joints of the rats were taken conventionally, fixed,decalcif ied,embedded and sliced,respectively using hematoxylin-eosin,safranin O-fast green,toluidine blue and Masson trichrome staining,observing the osteoarticular histological changes.Results:The normal joints characterized smooth articular surface,cells arranging in neat rows,four-layer structure being clear, tidal lines being complete wavy and subchondral bone trabeculas being regular; but the joints with osteoarthritis characterized deformed and rough articular surface,cells arranging in disorder, the four-layer structure being not clear,multiple tidal lines or interrupted tide lines being visible and subchondral bone trabeculas being sclerotic and cystic. Conclusion:Cartilage tidal line drift is the necessary pathological changes in the process of cartilage degeneration in osteoarthritis.
