研究了废弃砂浆粉对混凝土抗冻性的影响,测试了不同水灰比及废弃砂浆粉掺量下冻融循环后混凝土的抗压强度、质量损失。结果表明,随着冻融次数增加,混凝土的质量损失率及抗压强度损失率增大,当水灰比低于0.44时,经25次冻融后,混凝土抗压强度略有升高;随着废弃砂浆掺量增加,混凝土的抗冻性能总体呈下降趋势,试验范围内,当水灰比低于0.44时,废弃砂浆粉掺量低于10%,可以提高混凝土抗冻性能。随着水灰比增加,相同条件下,混凝土的质量损失率及抗压强度损失率均呈增大趋势。
It studies the influence of waste mortar powder on frost resistance of concrete, by testing of concrete compressive strength and quality loss after freeze-thaw cycles under the conditions of different water cement ratio and waste mortar powder content.The results show that concrete strength loss and mass loss of concrete evidently increase with the increase of number of freezing and thawing cycle.Under the scope of water cement ratio below 0.44, after 25 times of freeze-thaw cycles,the concrete compressive strength increases slightly.With waste mortar content increasing,the frost resistance of concrete shows decreasing trend totally,Within experimental parameters, under the scope of water cement ratio below 0.44, the mixing amount of waste mortar powder is less than 10% ,which can improve the frost-resisting property of concrete.With the increasing of water cement ratio ,the mass loss and the compressive strength loss of concrete are increasing.
