对纸铝塑复合包装材料中的铝塑分离方法和工艺进行了研究,以甲苯、无水乙醇和水组成的混合液为铝塑分离剂,考查了分离温度、三组分的体积比对铝塑分离效果的影响。根据铝塑分离时间、分离率、铝塑总得率的指标,通过正交试验及方差分析优化了铝塑分离工艺条件,最后对三组分在铝塑分离中所起作用进行了研究。结果表明:当分离剂中三种组分的体积比为φ(甲苯):φ(无水乙醇):φ(水)=5:25:70、温度60℃、分离时间5min时,铝塑分离效果最佳。
The separation technology and process of aluminum-plastic composite in Tetra Pak structure were studied in this present work. The mixed organic solvent, benzene, absolute ethyl alcohol and water, were proposed and used as separation agent. The temperature and the influence of the volume ratio of the three compositions on separation were checked. Separation conditions were optimized by experimenting with orthogonal test and variance analysis. Based on evaluating indicators of separation time, separation rate and total yield and the different functions of various compositions in solvent were discussed.The results showed that when the volume proportions of the three compositions in solvent agent is φ(benzene):φ(absolute ethyl alcohol):φ(water)=5:25:70, temperature at 60℃ and separating time of 5 minutes, the aluminum-plastic composite is well separated.
