针对现有对柱塞泵研究的缺陷与不足,以及在使用过程中出现的非正常失效等问题,根据柱塞泵的工作原理以及现场使用情况对其进行振动失效机理研究,在对泵头、十字头、动力端、连接管线分析基础上,制定了一整套完整的振动测试方案,并将振动测试方案进行了现场的应用。结果表明:根据柱塞泵泵头、十字头、动力端、连接管线处振动强点所对应的频率为各部件的基频,可以判断出造成振动的原因。该研究结论可为降低柱塞泵的振动失效提供理论基础,对现场的安全生产。延长柱塞泵的使用寿命具有重要的指导意义。
