为实现敏捷制造环境下资源的优化重组,降低生产过程的复杂性,提高效益,提出了敏捷制造系统资源自组织多级主协调控制结构和制造单元自组织模型,并在满足约束的前提下,建立了以总加工成本最小为目标函数的制造单元重构数学模型。采用具有计算简单、鲁棒性好、并行计算等优点的粒子群优化算法,对制造资源进行聚类研究。通过具体实例,验证了该方法的有效性,为解决此类问题提供了一种新的思路。
The main-harmony control structure of self-organization of resource clustering under agile manufacturing system was proposed in order to optimize resources and reduce production complexity and increase economic benefits. A self-organization model of manufacturing cell was proposed, and the corresponding mathematic reconfiguration model of manufacturing cell aiming to minimize overall cost was constructed under the condition of constraints satisfaction. The particle swarm algo-rithm which was characterized by its simple calculation, good robustness, and parallel calculation was adopted to conduct research on manufacturing cells clustering. Finally, an example was used to validate the model. The research result provided a new prospective method to solve the reconfigurable problems in manufacturing systems.
