通过对几种转炉渣粉(炉渣)的化学成分、X线衍射(XRD)、粒度分布、比表面积、密度、筛余的测定,以RRB方程作为粒度分布模型,利用线性回归分析和粉磨动力学特征粒径的研究方法,对炉渣粉磨性能的影响因素和粉磨动力学进行研究.结果表明:钢渣的粉磨性能与Fe含量呈负相关,Fe含量较高的钢渣特征粒径减小的速度较慢,均匀性较好.游离CaO(f-CaO)促进钢渣早期的粉磨性能,硅酸二钙(C2S)促进钢渣后期的粉磨性能.闭路球磨系统不宜进行粉磨比表面积大于450 m2/kg的超细炉渣.
The grinding kinetics of the slags was investigated by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), particle distribution, specific surface area, density and sieve residue analysis, and Rosin- Rammber-Bennet(RRB) function was used to describe the particle distribution.The obtained data were treated by the linear regression for the study of the kinetics. All the factors that affected the grindability property were considered. Results showed that the grindability property was inversely proportional to the content of Fe.The slag was harder to grind with the increasing of Fe.In addition, f-CaO promoted the early stage grindability property of the slags, while C2S promoted the upper grindability property. The closed circuit ball mill used in laboratory was not suitable for ultrafine grinding, especially for the samples with specific surface area exceeding 450 m^2/kg.
