For demands of digital content security and cross-platform user sharing,a scheme and a prototype system of integration multimedia DRM platform were proposed and realized for the open Internet.XML language was used to generate digital rights license,the license was bounded with hardware information of the user device,and the protected content’s secure play and usage control were accowplished in both Android and Windows platforms.Meanwhile cross-platform rights sharing based license was realized for the two kinds of platforms.The scheme is widely suitable for digital contents security platform on multimedia audios and videos.
