三河市土地适宜性物元分析及对策研究

研究以位于环首都经济圈腹地的河北省三河市为研究区,分别建立农业用地与建设用地适宜性分析物元,分析农业用地(耕地、园地、林地)与建设用地(城镇居民点用地、农村居民点用地与工业用地)适宜性。三河市土地适宜性物元分析结果表明:①耕地、园地、林地适宜区分别占三河市土地总面积的31.66%、1.65%、0.81%。耕地适宜区南部分布密度大于北部地区;园地适宜区主要分布在高楼镇中部偏东及段家岭镇丘陵盆地;适宜林地区主要分布在燕山山麓黄土庄镇、段甲岭镇南部地区。②城镇居民点、农村居民点、工业用地适宜区分别占三河市土地面积的22.82%、26.36%、7.56%。城镇居民点适宜区形成主要交通干线扩展的格局;农村居民点适宜区主要分布在城镇居民点适宜区的外围;工业用地适宜区环首都产业带布局特点明显。基于以上物元分析结果,研究提出了三河市建设环首都经济圈的土地利用对策。

英文摘要:

Taking Sanhe city,Hebei province as a case study,this paper establishes the matter-element analysis models to investigate the suitability of agricultural land(such as the cultivated land,garden and forest land) and construction land(such as the urban living land,the rural settlements and the industrial land).The results of matter-element analysis show that: ① In Sanhe city,the suitable area for the cultivation covers 31.66% of the total area,followed by that for the garden(1.65%) and forest(0.81%).The distribution density of lands suitable for cultivation is greater in the Southern region than the Northern region.The lands suitable for garden are mainly distributed in the middle and to its east in Gaolou town as well as the hilly and basin areas of Duanjialing town.The lands suitable for forest are mainly distributed in Huangtuzhuang town and the southern region of Duanjialing town at the foot of Yanshan Mountain.② In Sanhe city,the suitable area for the urban living covers 22.82% of the total area,followed by that for the rural settlements(26.36%) and the industry(7.56%).The distribution of lands suitable for the urban settlement construction shows an expansion pattern surrounding the main roads.The lands suitable for the rural settlements are mainly distributed outside of the urban residents' region.The distribution of lands suitable for the industry has an obvious characteristic surrounding the industrial belt of Beijing.From the above,the study also puts forward the land use countermeasures of Sanhe city to construct the capital economic circle.
