农民土地价值观是影响土地利用类型的重要因素。通过文献综述、专家咨询、农户访谈和预测试的统计分析等,提出了农民土地价值观的理论模型。根据修订的正式问卷,编制了农民土地价值观量表。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果表明：1）量表具有较高的信度（α为0.87）;2）一阶和二阶探索性因素分析能解释的总变异均在85%以上;3）标准化路径系数范围在[0.64,0.91]之间;4）农民土地价值观是一个两个层次、9个维度的结构体系。该研究所构建的农民土地价值观模型具有较高的模型适配度,开发的含26个题项的量表可以作为继续深入研究农民土地价值观的实用工具。

英文摘要：

Farmer＇s Land Values（ FLV） is one of the important factors affecting the land use. Based on overview of former studies,counseling of experts,interviews of farmers and statistical analysis of preliminary test,the theoretical model of FLV has been built up. According to the formal questionnaire revised,this research compiled FLV scale. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed that： 1） FLV Scale has a high reliability,α is 0. 87. 2） First- Order and Second- Order EFA both can explain more than85% of the total variance. 3） Standardized Regression Coefficients range from 0. 64 to 0. 91. 4） FLV is a structural system with 2- levels and 9- dimensions. The construction of FLV hypothesis fits the model well,FLV Scale which concluding 26 questions developed from it can be used as an effective research tool in further study.
