建立了“极化-弛豫-阻抗测量”的多周期电化学测试方法,并用此方法研究了热浸镀锌-55%铝-硅合金镀层不同组织的耐蚀性能.结果表明,锌-55%铝-硅镀层的腐蚀分为三个阶段,分别对应镀层结构中的富Zn相、富Al相和合金相,其腐蚀反应极化电阻的平均值分别为500Ω·cm2、1000Ω·cm2和12000Ω·cm2,表明合金相的耐蚀性能最好.
A rapid cyclic electrochemical method based on polarization-relaxation-EIS measurement was established to investigate the anti-corrosion performance of Zn-55%Al-Si coating. The results shows that the corrosion process of Zn-55%Al-Si coated steel is divided into three stages, each stage corresponding to a different phase within the coating. The polarization resistance Rp for zinc-rich phase, aluminium-rich phase, and intermetallic phase was 500Ω·cm2, 1000Ω·cm2, and 12000 Ω·cm2 respectively. The most corrosion resistant phase is found to be intermetallic layer within Zn-55%Al-Si coating.
