齿轮的抗疲劳设计作为机械领域的研究重点,载荷谱精度问题若不能很好地解决,将会给疲劳分析及其后续研究带来较大的误差。从轮齿载荷获取方法、数据处理与统计分析、编制载荷谱的方法3个方面进行了综述,对齿轮载荷谱编制提出了参考建议。
英文摘要：
Anti-fatigue design of gear has always been an important research point in the field of machinery.If the precision of loading spectra is not properly solved,the fatigue analysis and after studies brings about great errors.The paper summarizes the gear loading about its acquiring methods,data processing and statistical analysis and the method of compiling the loading spectra,and offeres some suggestions on compiling loading spectra.
