目的:研究经典线栓法制备局灶性脑梗死模型大鼠的神经功能评分与脑梗死率的相关性。方法:采用ZeaL-onga法制作大鼠局灶性脑梗死模型,在不同时间段采用Zausinger六分法对脑梗死大鼠进行神经功能缺损评分,并用TTC(2、3、5-氯化三苯基四氮唑)溶液对脑组织染色,计算脑梗死率。结果:六次神经功能缺损评分与脑梗死率之间呈显著相关性(r1=-0.528;r2=-0.535;r3=-0.529;r4=-0.512;r5=-0.535;r6=-0.5888)。结论:经典线栓法制备的局灶性脑梗死模型(大脑中动脉栓塞)中,大鼠的肢体运动功能与脑梗死率有相关性,第六次神经功能缺损评分与脑梗死率相关性最大,针刺能够改善神经功能缺损情况,提高评分,降低脑梗死率。
Objective:To study the relation between neurobehavioral scores and cerebral infarction rate in rats model which was made by method of classic suture method.Methods:ZeaLonga method was used to make focal cerebral infarction model.In different periods,Zausinger six points method was used for neural function defect scale,and with TTC(2,3,5-chlorinated three four nitrogen phenyl)solution to make brain tissue dyeing,the calculation of cerebral infarction rate was made.Results:The neural function defect scales and cerebral infarction rate at six time points had a significant correlation(r1=0.528;r2=0.535;r3=0.529;r4=0.512;r5=0.535;r6=0.5888).Conclusion:In the focal cerebral infarction model(brain artery embolization)made by classic suture method,rat body movement function and cerebral infarction rate have correlation,the sixth correlation of neural function defect scale and cerebral infarction rate is the largest.Acupuncture can improve neural function defects,improve the grade,reduce the rate of cerebral infarction.
