six compounds were isolated from the fermenting filtrate of endophytic fungus S27 derived from Cephalotaxus hainanensis.Their structures were identified based on spectral data：cytochalasin D（1）,（22E,24R）-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-ol（2）,（22E,24R）-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol（3）,2-hexylidene-3-methylsuccinic acid（4）,dibutylo-phthalate（5）,bis-（2-ethyl）-hexylo-phalate（6）.
