Aquatic product trade is one of the cornerstone industries in Zhejiang＇s international trade, and has a close relation to the ocean fishery resource environment. This paper analyzed the relations in the export of aquatic product, the quantity of fishing boats and the marine fishing by using the data from 1985 to 2004. The empirical result shows that there is a negative correlation between aquatic product trade and marine fishing. It suggests that with the development of the aquatic product trade, the marine fishing has a maximum value, and the maximum regenerate resource will be destroyed if exceeding this value.
