英文摘要：

Brain tumor poses a serious threat to human health. Its unique barrier substantially prevents drug entry. This review summarizes recent advances in brain tumor-targeting strategies and puts forward a new concept thereof, namely systematic targeting or whole-process targeting. This new concept combines targeting strategies aiming at each development stage of brain cancer in order to design nanoscale drug delivery system targeting each development stage of brain cancer and realize effective targeted treatment on brain cancers.
