根据烟叶烘烤过程中温度、湿度随时间变化的特点,设计了新型烟叶烘烤智能控制系统。该系统采用PIC16F877单片机作为控制系统的核心,SHT11温湿度传感器作为温湿度检测参数的采集单元,由键盘与LCD显示构成人机对话单元,RS232为串行通讯接口,以及报警电路、看门狗电路和加温排湿执行机构组成智能控制系统。由于温湿度控制具有大时滞、非线性的特点,系统采用了模糊控制算法,并给出了相应的程序设计。实际运行表明,系统运行稳定可靠,控制性能良好,能够自动调控烤房内的温湿度,操作简便,降低了烘烤难度和劳动强度。与普通烤房相比,采用烟叶烘烤自动控制系统的中上等烟比例提高10个百分点。级外烟比例降低4个百分点以上。
A new intelligent control system for flue curing of tobacco leaf was designed according to the rule of temperature & humidity change in the process of curing. PIC16F877 was adopted as a core of the control system, SHTll temperature & humidity sensor was used to collect the data of temperature & humidity, the man-machine dialogue unit was composed of keyboard and LCD display screen, RS232 was the interface of serial communication, and the intelligent control system also included alarm circuit, watchdog circuit and the executive mechanism of heating and exhausting. The system adopted fuzzy control algorithm because of the remarkable time delay and nonlinear characteristic of temperature & humidity control, and the system programming was also presented. The practical operation showed that the system ran steadily, featured good control performance, could regulate the temperature & humidity in barn automatically, and was convenient in operation and low in labor intensity. Comparing with conventional curing barn, the automatic control system increased the proportion of middle and high grade leaf by 10 percentage points, while the proportion of leaf not up to the standard reduced by over 4 percentage points.
