基于江苏省某医院妇科病房实例,探讨妇科病房病人入院分派调度问题.在综合考虑病人等待成本和病人转院成本的前提下,提出了病人入院分派调度混合整数规划模型,并且在模型中区分了手术病人和非手术病人对资源利用的差异性.采用标准线性规划求解器CPLEX进行模型求解,结果表明,所提方法安排效率高,且安排结果能有效降低病人总成本,控制每日手术总台数,从而避免出现手术医生负担过重的现象.
英文摘要：
Based on the practical case of a real gynecological ward in Jiangsu Province, the problem of hospital bed management is studied in this paper. With patient＇s waiting cost and transfer cost taking into consideration, a mixed integer programming model is proposed in this paper. In this model, we distinguish the difference of resource utilization between surgery and non- surgery patients. Standard LP-solver CPLEX is applied to solve this model. The result obtained can not only work out the schedule efficiently, hut also ensure the minimized total cost of patients and spread the surgeries to days of weeks, which avoids unbalanced and sometimes overwhelmed workloads for surgeons.
