How to improve software quality is a important problem in software projects. This paper discusses the methods that improve software quality and software test. This work comes from authors＇ personal research interesting, and satisfaction and reliability are two important factors, It gives concept of feature element. And software quality is analyzed by neural network. We carry out that software management and intereommunion have great change to software quality. It puts a referenced method to how to improve software quality.
