在汶川地震和芦山地震中,大量的空心砖填充墙被严重破坏,甚至在地震烈度较低的地区也发生大量破坏。通过震害调研,认为空心砖强度低、竖向灰缝不饱满、水电管道和墙体开洞对墙体的削弱以及对空心砖力学性能认识不足是导致空心砖填充墙易发生震害的原因;在震害特征和已有研究工作的基础上,分析了空心砖填充墙对框架结构整体抗震性能的影响;针对空心砖砌体理论研究远远落后于实际应用的情况,提出开展空心砖砌体力学性能研究工作的建议。
Serious damages were observed in hollow brick infill walls in both Wenchuan Earthquake and Lushan Earthquake, even in the regions where the seismic intensity was lower than the seismic fortification intensity. And the reasons were presented based on the typical damages in hollow brick infill walls, including that the strength of hollow brick was low, the perpends was not full, the door and window holes and pipeline weakened the wall, and the lack of knowledge in hollow brick mechanical properties. The influence of hollow brick infill on the strength and stiffness of the frames were stated in the paper. The research of hollow brick masonry was far behind the application, thus the study on hollow brick mechanical properties should be carried out. The measures to improve seismic performance of masonry infills were summarized.
