现代农业机械正在向内部元件微型化、整体集成化发展,微型农机元件的接触磨损问题在农机设计中被广泛关注。从Hertz接触理论出发,主要通过Maugis模型中的无量纲参数的变化,研究了JKR模型、DMT模型和Maugis模型之间的关系,以及从DMT模型到JKR模型的转换。研究结果可以为今后农机微型元件的设计和制造提供相关理论指导。
Advancement in component miniaturization and integration is the basis of the modern agricultural machine. Contact mechanics has been paid close attention to in design. From the Hertz theory,various contact theories has been compared. There are different limitations in those models for different assumptions. In our paper,JKR model,DMT model and Maugis model are discussed in detail. We can implement the transition from JKR model to Maugis model using the dimensionless parameter.
