针对当前地区级区域旅游竞争力评价研究的不足,从现实竞争力、潜在竞争力、支持竞争力和环境竞争力四大核心要素出发,建构出了贵州喀斯特地区旅游竞争力综合评价指标体系,并应用层次分析法和德尔菲法,按综合竞争力得分值大小对区内8个地州市旅游竞争力水平进行了测度与评价。结果表明,贵阳市综合竞争力分值最高,为369分,现状处于资本实力竞争阶段;其次是安顺市、六盘水市、黔南州、遵义市,分别为120分、119分、116分、113分,处于产销竞争阶段;而黔西南州、铜仁地区、毕节地区的分值均低于100分,属于资源竞争阶段。为此,今后贵阳市在旅游人才培训、旅游产品创新、旅游组织管理等方面应发挥其龙头带动作用;而遵义市、黔南州和安顺市应发挥旅游资源优势,提升旅游产品质量,六盘水市则应进一步发挥经济优势与其它区域合作;而分值低于100分的地区则注重塑造本身区域特色和旅游产品特色,开展与周边省份合作,以提升其旅游竞争力水平。
In connection with the short of study to evaluation method on tourist competitiveness at the prefecture district level, synthetic evaluating index system of the tourist competitiveness is built in light of the following 4 cores, i.e. real competitiveness, potential competitiveness, and support competitiveness as well as environment competitiveness. And then, the level of tourist competitiveness in 8 prefecture districts in Guizhou karst area is measured and evaluated according to comprehensive tourist competitive capability by means of both the AHP and the Delphi method. The results show that Guiyang city, belonging to the phase of capital strength competition, ranks the highest mark (369) and is followed by Anshun(120), Liupanshui (119), Qiannan prefecture(116) and Zunyi city(ll3),which belong to the phase of production and marketing competition from their marks. However, Qianxinan, Bijie and Tongren prefectures, as their marks are lower than 100, they belong to the phase of resource competition. In light of the research results, Guiyang city, being at the first level, should play its leading role in tourist training, tourismt products innovation, tourist organization and management and so on; Zunyi city, Anshun city and Qiannan prefecture, should bring their resource superiorities and enhance their quality of tourist products; and Liupanshui city should further exert its economic advantages to cooperate with other regions; but Qianxinan and Bijie as well as Tongren prefectures should promote the distinguishing feature or quality of their regional tourist products and cooperate with neighboring provinces to enhance the tourist competitiveness level.
