在采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2溶胶的基础上,制备出表面Ti/Sn原子比为85:15(XPS全谱分析)的TiO2/SnO2复合体光催化剂;用于硫磷农药废水的降解,试验结果表明:复合体光催化剂比单一TiO2催化剂的催化活性要高,其原因是由于复合TiO2/SnO2催化剂中SnO2可接收电子,减少了TiO2电子一空穴对的复合,从而提高其催化活性。
Based on preparation of SnO2 sol by sol-gel SnO2 was prepared and the atom ratio of titanium to method, nano-meter photocatalytic compound of TiO2/ tin on the surface is 85: 15(by XPS analysis). The photocatalytic compound was used to degrade the pesticide waste of parathion and the experimental results indicated that the photocatalytic activity of photocatalytic compound is higher than that of TiO2. Probably the reason is that the SnO: in TiO2/SnO2 photocatalytic compound formed the transferring place for electron, decreased the composition of electron-cavity, then enhanced the photocatalytic properties of the photocatalytic compound.
