借鉴组织吸引力研究方法,本文定义了产业集群人才吸引力并开发出测量量表;在组织多层次理论和产业集群竞争力纵向结构思路基础上,构建了产业集群人才吸引力影响因素指标体系并通过试调研进行修正,然后根据佛山实地调研数据,采取ANOVA、回归及聚类分析等统计分析方法,验证了产业集群人才吸引力显著强于非产业集群,并推断客观存在的集群特性是产业集群人才引力效应产生的重要直接成因,最后分析了不同产业集群人才吸引力差异的原因。
Drawing on research methods of organization attractiveness,this paper defines the industrial cluster's talent attractiveness and develops its measurement scale. Based on multi-level theory and the vertical structure method in research of the competitiveness of industrial clusters,we build the influencing factors index system of industrial cluster's talent attractiveness,and conduct an informal questionnaire survey to amend it. Then,in order to prove that the talent attractiveness of industrial cluster is significantly stronger than that of geographically disperse enterprises,we use various statistical analysis methods,such as ANOVA,regression and cluster analysis to study the formal questionnaire survey data obtained from Foshan,and conclude that the objective existence of industrial cluster's characteristics is the origin of effect of industrial cluster's talent attractiveness. Moreover,we also analyze the causes of attractiveness difference among different industrial clusters.
