目的研究碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土构件小偏拉的受力性能和变形能力,探讨配筋率、碳纤维布层数和加固后构件开裂荷载、极限荷载之间的定量关系.方法对6根相同截面不同配筋率和碳纤维布层数的小偏拉构件进行单调短期加载对比试验,分析各因素对构件开裂荷载和极限荷载的影响.结果试验研究表明,采用碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土构件小偏拉效果明显,其承载力可提高17%~34%;随着贴布层数的增加,构件承载力明显增加,随着配筋率的增大,加固效果有所下降;粘贴碳纤维布可以很好地限制钢筋混凝土小偏拉构件的裂缝宽度及间距,尤其是边缘裂缝宽度.结论采用碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土构件小偏拉以提高其承载力可行且对改善受拉构件的耐久性有一定实用意义,研究成果对类似实际工程具有借鉴作用和参考价值.
In the interest of studying the stress and distorted performance of reinforced concrete members strengthened with externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) sheets under small eccentric tension and discussing the quantitative relation between the ratios of reinforcement and layers of CFRP sheets and cracking load and ultimate load, experiments of 6 RC members with identical section are conducted to examine the influences of various factors on the cracking load and ultimate load of the strengthened RC members. According to the contrast test of monotone once short period feed, the two influencing factors that ratios of reinforcement and layers of CFRP sheets are analyzed. The experiment results show that the ultimate load increases about 17 % crete members with externally 34 %. The study is instructive and useful in strengthening reinforced conbonded CFRP sheets under small eccentric tension.
