目的：观察凉血消疤丸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：将临床符合纳入标准的寻常型银屑病患者70例，随机分为2组，治疗组35例口服凉血消疤丸治疗；对照组35例口服复方青黛丸。观察两组治疗后总有效率及PASI评分的变化。结果：两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后PASI评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：凉血消疤丸能显著减少银屑病的皮损面积、严重程度，治疗寻常型银屑病有显著疗效。
英文摘要：
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Blood-Cooling Crust-Dispersing pill on psoriasis vulgaris. Meth- ods： The 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris, In accordance with the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups. The 35 cases were treated with Blood-Cooling Crust-Dispersing pill in treatment group and compound indigo pill in control group. The total rate and change of PASI score were observed in two groups. Results： The difference of the total efficiency between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Comparison of PASI score after treatment in the two groups showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Blood-Cooling Crust-Dispersing pill can provide significant effect for psoriasis vulgaris and reduce the lesion area as well as the severity.
