P2P is one of the forms of intemet finance, which is showing the trend of explosive growth. Through the htera- tures, the authorities P2P platform statistics released by Wangdaizhijiang.com and Wooyun.org, and after combing and analysis of research findings, this paper found that P2P has emerged from the Internet finance super crazy ＂barbaric growth＂ stage into the critical ＂high risk, strong integration, big data＂ development and transformation period, and the future may also be evolved into the Internet finance ＂Tmall＂ online financial supermarket.
