通过修正传统链轮齿廓,将渐开线与直线相结合,导出了新型链轮齿廓线方程的一般表达式。在Pro/E中建立了齿形链传动模型,通过ADAMS实现了模型在高转速时的动态仿真。结果表明,复合齿廓链轮可有效减小链条波动、啮入冲击及从动轮转速波动,降低了多边形效应的影响。
Based on a special coordinate system,the normal sprocket profile was modified. A new sprocket profile was derived by integrating the involute and beeline. The model of silent chains, consisted of a pair of sprockets and chain, was developed by Pro/E. The high--speed dynamic simulation and analysis for the silent chain system were achieved,based on ADAMS. The results show that the new type of sprocket can reduce the meshing impact and the velocity waving between driven wheel and chain.
