采用模拟废水再次启动因长期停止进水而生物活性被抑制的上流式厌氧污泥床生物反应器,探讨反应器再启动特征及其处理含铊酸性废水的效果。研究结果表明,反应器再启动效果很好,从硫酸盐去除率和碱度等指标可认为反应器在第47天完成了再启动过程。启动后的反应器对硫酸盐去除效果好,平均去除率达到94.76%;抗p H冲击性能强,反应过程可产生大量碱度,同时消耗较少的COD,可有效适应酸性废水中COD和碱度匮乏的特征;反应器对废水中铊的去除效果较好,最高去除率达到99.11%,平均去除率达到94.2%。再启动时间短及其对酸性废水具有较好的适应性表明该反应器及其已培育菌群能较好地转场并应用于含铊酸性废水的处理。
Feasibility of restart- up of up- flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed (UASB) and its effects of thallium removal have been discussed after the bacterial activity is inhibited by means of stopping influent nutrient solution. The result shows that the restart- up of UASB can be successfully completed within 47 days. During the steady stage, the average removal effi- ciencies of sulfate can reach 94.76%. The system has strong pH shock resistance, lots of alkaline is produced and mean- while lesser COD is consumed, effectively suitable for lack of COD and alkalinity in acid waste water. More than 90% of thallium can be removed in the process and the highest removal efficiency can reach 99.11%, with 94.2 % of the average removal effciency. The restart system has shown a stable and efficient removal of contaminants.
