将供暖系统中气候补偿理念引进变风量空调系统,通过热交换分析将热负荷值表示成送风温度的函数,并在分析变风量空调系统热交换及各控制环节的基础上,提出了气候补偿方案,研究了送风温度最优设定值的确定方法。结合实验系统,依据所提出的气候补偿方案确定了冬季多种工况下的送风温度最优值,并采用Smith预估控制策略对送风温度进行控制研究。实验证明系统在送风温度最优点运行比在其他工作点最高节能可达35.5%,表明这种方法可行,具有一定的节能性,为工程应用提出了一种参考方案。
The concept of climate compensation in the heating system is introduced into the variable air volume air-conditioning system. The heat load value is expressed as a function of supply air temperature by heat exchange analysis. The scheme of climate compensation and the method of optimizing supply air temperature set-point are proposed by analyzing the heat exchange and the control parts in the air-conditioning system. The set-points of air supply temperature under multiple conditions in winter are optimized based on the proposed compensation scheme on the experimental platform. Smith predictive control strategy is adopted to control the air supply temperature. The system in the optimal air supply temperature operation can have up to 35.5 % energy saving than that in other working points through experiments. This method is proved feasible and has a certain energy saving, which can be used as a reference scheme for engineering application.
