以制备的纳米F-PbO2修饰电极为工作电极,利用安培检测法测定水体中的COD值。该电极能够催化氧化水体中的有机物,根据氧化电流的大小可以对水样的COD值进行定量,在COD值为20-500mg/L的范围内,电极的氧化电流与水样的COD值成正比。检测限为10mg/L。该电极用于实际水样的检测,耗时短。方法简单,样品无需预处理,环境友好,测定结果与国家标准分析法比对,有较好的相关性。
Abstract A nano F-PbO2 modified electrode was prepared. An electrochemical detection system with this modified electrode to determine chemical oxygen demand (COD) was proposed and experimentally validated. The measuring principle was based on the current response of the modified electrode proportional to COD value. Under an optimum condition, the application range was 20-500mg/L of COD, and the detection limit was 10mg/L. This method has been successfully applied to determine real samples without need of pretreatment, and was less time consumable, simple and environmentally friendly. In addition, this method showed excellent correlation with values obtained by using relevant conventional methods.
