旅游管理专业本科实习对于人才培养具有重要意义。通过对山西某高校2016届毕业生进行调查,按照设定条件筛选后得到50篇访谈文本,采用质性研究的方法,对学生校外实习的适应性进行研究。结果表明从50篇文稿中,提取了旅游管理本科生专业实习的4个核心类属,10个小类的适应困难,最后从学生、实习单位及学校三个层面提出改进建议。
英文摘要：
The practice of tourism management specialty in universities and colleges plays an important role in cultivating talents. This paper takes the 2016 tourism management graduates of a university in Shanxi as the research object, the authors used the grounded theory of qualitative analysis to study the adaptability of the practice of tourism management specialty. The authors extracted 4 key kinds and 10 small classes of the adaptive difficulty from 50 interview texts. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions from three aspects： students, practice units and schools.
