综合健康教育对高通量血液透析终末期肾脏疾病患者的影响

目的 探讨实施综合健康教育对高通量血液透析终末期肾脏疾病患者认知、自我管理行为、抑郁及社会支持的影响.方法 选取73例高通量血液透析患者,分为观察组37例(中途1例退出)和对照组36例(中途2例退出),观察组实施综合健康教育,比较两组疾病认知、自我效能、抑郁及社会支持状况.结果 干预后观察组疾病知识、行为方式、并发症的认知得分及总分均较干预前显著升高,并显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组症状管理、疾病共性管理得分及总分均较干预前显著升高,并显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组抑郁得分较干预前显著降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后干预组客观支持、主观支持、支持利用得分及总分均较干预前显著升高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后对照组主观支持、支持利用及总分较干预前显著升高(P<0.05),客观支持得分干预前后无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 实施综合健康教育有助于促进高通量血液透析患者疾病认知、自我效能、心理状态及社会支持的改善.

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the impact of the implementation of a comprehensive health education awareness of high blood flux dialysis patients, self-management behavior, depression and social support. Methods All 73 cases of high-flux hemodialysis patients were divided into observation group of 37 cases and control group 36 cases, cases observed the implementation of integrated health education group were compared cognitive disorders, self-efficacy, depression and social support. Results The intervention group were observed disease knowledge, behavior, cognitive score before complications and significantly higher than the intervention, and were significantly higher than that of antrol group(P〈0.05). Observation group symptom management, management of common diseases before the score and total score were significantly higher than those in the intervention and were significantly higher than that of antrol group(P〈0.05), the observation group were significantly lower depression scores than before the intervention, and sig- nificantly lower than the control group (P〈O.05), the intervention group objective support, subjective support, support for the use of significantly higher than preintervention scores and the total score , and were significantly higher (P〈 0.05); subjective support group after the intervention, and support the use of the former were significantly higher scores than the intervention (P〈0.05), objective support intervention score were no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The implementation of integrated health education contribute to the promotion of high-flux hemodialysis in patients with cognitive disorders, self-efficacy, improve mental state and social support.
