The goal of deepening reform on innovation and entrepreneurship education is to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the students＇training system,to realize the innovation and entrepreneurship education normalization and sustainable development,to promote the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,and to cultivate the spirit of innovation,innovation consciousness and innovation ability.The important measure of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities is to improve the training program and strengthen the construction of curriculum system.Following the OBE idea,we need constructing the talent training scheme based on the spirit of innovation,awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation and entrepreneurship training into the training of all aspects of the whole process,designing the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship,and mining various professional courses of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources.It adapts to the demand of the reform.Based on introducing the idea of OBE,this paper expounds the mechanism of cultivating innovative talents,designs the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward the continuous improvement of teaching methods and evaluation mechanism.
