采用高频熔炼方法制备Al-Fe-Ce合金,通过X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、电化学工作站等对制备的合金结构、动电位线性扫描极化曲线、浸泡与电化学腐蚀前后表面形貌的变化进行研究,并分析Al-Fe-Ce合金在浓度为3.5%NaCl溶液中耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀,Cl-致使铝合金容易发生点蚀;稀土Ce的加入能够改善合金微观结构,细化晶粒,减弱Cl-离子对点蚀的影响;合金中Ce的存在能够降低Fe对合金腐蚀性能的损害作用。
Al-Fe-Ce alloys were prepared by high-frequency melting.The structure of alloys,potentiodynamic linear polarization cure,and the changes of the surface morphology after immersion and electrochemical corrosion were investigated by X-ray diffraction,metallurgical microscope,and electrochemical analysis.The corrosion characteristic of Al-Fe-Ce alloys in 3.5% NaCl solution was systematically analyzed.The results indicate that the addition of rare earth Ce in aluminum can refine the microstructure of alloy,and reduce the harmful effects of Cl-ions on pitting corrosion resistance.Furthermore,the addition of Ce in aluminum alloys can eliminate the damage of Fe to the corrosion resistance of alloys.
