采用化学氧化法在金属Ti表面制备出了多孔纳米TiO2,通过离子束溅射在TiO2表面沉积纳米Ag,最终在Ti表面制备出Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM),电子探针(EPMA)等分析手段分析了500℃热处理条件下,不同Ag含量对TiO2晶型转变的影响及结构变化。同时,采用细菌生长的抑菌圈法进行测试,研究了Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料对不粥菌神的抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:通过化学氧化法和离子束溅射相结合的方法可以得到具有优异抗菌性能的Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料。
In the present work, the porous titania was prepared firstly on bulk Ti by chemical oxidation, then nanostructured Ag was deposited on titania surface by ion beam sputtering, and finally Ag/TiO2 composites were prepared. The structural evaluation and crystallization behaviors of titania with annealing treatment at 500℃ were followed by X - ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), and electron probe micro - analyzer (EPMA). The baeteriostat ying method was used to evaluate the anti- bacterial activity of Ag/TiO2. The results showed that Ag/TiO2 composites with unique antibacterial activity could be prepared by the combination of chemical oxidation and ion beam sputtering.
