本文研发了利用二氧化碳(CO_2)为碳源的双膜曝气式氢基质生物膜反应器(MBfR),并系统研究了CO_2分压对出水硝酸盐、pH和朗格利尔系数(LSI)的影响,建立了数学模型预测系统最适CO_2分压从而对实际工况运行具有指导意义.对双膜曝气MBfR长期运行的稳定性进行了考察,反应器CO_2分压设置为0.05 MPa时,反应器内的pH值控制良好,出水效果稳定,硝酸盐去除率达99%以上.
A new hydrogen-based hollow fiber membrane biofilm reactor( MBfR) using CO_2 for p H control and as carbon source was developed in this work. Systematic research was conducted to investigate the MBfR performance including effluent nitrate,p H and Langelier Saturation Index( LSI) under different CO_2 pressure. A mathematical model was built up to predict optimal CO_2 pressure before the project was carried out. Long-term performance of the new MBfR was also evaluated. When CO_2 was delivered at 0.05 MPa,99% nitrate was removed with a constant neutral p H in the reactor.
