实施了深度烧伤修复愈合鼠皮抗拉试验。测试结果表明:术后9天移植部位鼠皮抗拉强度、最大应变值已有正常皮肤性能的60%以上,术后60天的愈合鼠皮抗拉性能接近正常值。为完成鼠皮抗拉性能的测试,对双轴工具显微镜技术改造,使其具有微型电子万能试验机的基本功能。
In this paper, we tested the tensile of healing deeply burned rat skin. The test result shows that: (1) After 9 days of the operation, the tensile strength and maximal strain of the grafting rat skin approach the 60 percent level of the natural skin. (2) After 60 days of the operation, the tensile performance of the healing rat skin approaches the natural level. Moreover, in order to fulfill the tensile test of rat skin, we improved the two-axle tool microscope. The improvement provides the microscope with the basic function of micro electro-universal testing machine.
