OBJECTIVE To synthesize a kind of Camostat derivatives with free primary amines. METHODS The target compound was synthesized via four steps with 4 - hydroxyphenylacetic acid. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The target compound was success- fully synthesized,and its chemical structure was conformed by ^1HNMR and MS.
