对含对称叠层复合材料构件的弹性连杆机构的动力学问题进行了研究。应用有限元法建立了考虑层合板构件大变形影响的机构非线性动态方程,在机构动态方程的基础上,利用多尺度法对机构的非线性特性进行了研究,得到了机构在同时满足内共振和超谐共振条件下弹性位移的时域和频域响应曲线。研究结果表明,机构的固有频率、非线性振动等宏观动态特性与复合材料的材料参数有关,可以通过合理调节材料参数来改善机构的动态性能。
The work was concerned with nonlinear dynamic behaviors of linkage mechanisms with links fabricated from symmetric laminates. A group of dynamic nonlinear equations of the linkage mechanisms were established by the finite element methods, where the geometric nonlinearity of flexible component was considered. The nonlinear dynamic behaviors of the mechanisms were analyzed by the method of multiple scales. Simulation of time--domain and frequency--domain dynamic response characteristics curves of the links were obtained when the mechanisms satisfied the conditions of inner resonance and super--harmonic resonance. The results show that the natural frequencies and dynamic responses of the mechanisms are related to the material parameters of symmetric laminates and that the characteristics of the mechanisms may be improved by adjusting the material parameters.
