以成品SBS改性沥青与阿尔巴尼亚岩沥青进行高模量沥青的制备,通过复合改性工艺以期达到均衡高模量沥青高低温使用性能的目的。对制备完成的高模量沥青进行一系列的试验,对其高温、低温等性能进行了分析,分析认为以复合改性工艺制备的高模量沥青具有优良的高温性能与低温使用性能;为研究高模量沥青应用于中面层时的路用使用性能,进行了AC-20型沥青混合料的级配设计及性能试验。试验结果表明说明复合改性高模量沥青与其他沥青相比具有优异的综合路用性能;另一方面,由于高模量沥青的运动粘度较高在实际使用时要注意压实工艺及施工温度的控制。
In This paper we prepared high modulus asphalt through SBS modified asphalt and the Albania rock asphalt. We through the process of compound modification to balance high and low temperature performance of high modulus asphalt. At the same time,we take a series of tests to analysis the high temperature and low temperature property of high modulus asphalt. Through the analysis we think that the high modulus prepared by composite modified technology has excellent high and low temperature performance. In this paper,we conducted the gradation design and performance test of AC- 20 asphalt mixture to the study of high modulus asphalt used e in the surface layer. The test results show that the high modulus asphalt has better comprehensive pavement performance than the other asphalt mixture. On the other hand,due to high kinematic viscosity of high modulus asphalt we should pay attention to control the compaction technology and construction temperature.
